New Squid Themes & May Payday

How it is said that it's better late than never. I know I've been a few days now since the last Squidoo payday. Pretty much my time consume in learning a whole bunch and exciting things happening at Squidoo. They have launched a new feature the new Squid Page Themes that could go along with whatever topic you'll wished to wrote so I was thinking of why not switching all my lenses with it. Voila!
I was paid with the total of $69.34. To my surprised the outcome of the payout decreases of $17.57 compare to the last payout. At last my Easy Homemade Empanada Lens is back at the overall Top 100 despite of a few fall backs I've been through with the issues on ebay seller and losing the amount I previously earned at Squidoo.
I did what I did and I really learned my lesson well.
Now I'm working on making some improvements in Lens Making as an art. It is indeed an art as I notice the personality and the passion of a lensmaster reflects in the collection of his/her lenses. There are days when ideas somehow come up to me it pours every time I needed it and there are days I was just desperately stuck in one topic or two and it feels really useless of continuing it. But as you go along with it, you will discover the enjoyment and fulfillment of accomplishing something.
I know that you know, it just takes an amount of patience. Never, never, never give up!
Enjoy.
Breathe.
Live life to the fullest.

Just got back: An Update

Some of you might wonder what happen to my personal Squidoo blog here. I haven't update since last year. So many things going on ever since the last time I wrote something in it. Most of my time in the daily consumes with the everyday musings here and there online browsing, updating and editing previous 80+ plus lens which on my part pretty much a burden when you have to work on it at the same time everyday.
It was. I started Squidooing about the quarter end of 2007 about the month of August and since that time I've been on and off from writing because I'm easily get bored with the things I do so I tend to pay not much attention with the so-called 'work' I just started.
With the same thought I came across today, I suddenly have the eagerness and the inspiration to come up something new and somehow as a part of self-promotion in one of my many lenses using this blog. I may not be the most experience and lively writer here, I'm really enjoying all my time like a little kid doesn't stop to be amuse of so many incredible things out there. It is indeed learning and knowledge never stops to where you are at. It is something within every person and it just happens that this is the work and the medium that I chose to be part of. Most especially to touch the lives of many people by using this amazing platform to educate because according to the super philosophy "Everyone's An Expert On Something". I tried to believe so.
I will try my best to update everything all about my Squidoo journey and all...
There is nothing as an accident. You are a special combination for a purpose - and don't let them tell you otherwise, even if they tell you that 'purpose is an illusion.'
(Live an illusion if you have to). You are that combination so that you can do what is essential for you to do.
Don't ever believe that you have nothing to contribute. The world is an incredible unfulfilled tapestry.
And only you can fulfill that tiny space that is yours.

June payout is here!
Current mood: Blessed
You heard it right! June Payout is right here on my dashboard already.
I'm pretty much satisfied how the turnout of things for this month of August as far as my squidooing is concern.
My total earnings for June is a smashing of $80.35!
It increases for about $6.69 when you compare it to last month. All in all, it's so exciting to know the fruits of your labor after every month of sleepless nights, procrastinating and brainstorming. I just can't believe my accomplishments in the past few months since I joined Squidoo. For so many times, it really taught so many things I never knew it is possible in just a click away. I've been joining so many social networking sites within the past few years but it never went this big. It is totally a blast for me!
Sometimes, people often I talk to can't believe that I'm able to do business and earn online with the help of my limited capacity technically and physically. At first it's like "okay, I already join so what's next?" I'm totally out of the loop when it comes to online marketing, techniques and social networking. Actually life on the internet is pretty boring. I don't know to some. I'm actually a lazy person in a day where I really need to tell myself to get up and get started. But, when I started something I really need to finish it. That is how serious I am when it comes to the things I do. Well, like they say if you don't have passion in everything you do it'll definitely be seen in your work.
Today I'll be giving my lens some love and we'll see what happens next.
How about your payout?
P.S. "Life is so short for all the dramas!"

I reached my 50th milestone

I hit my 50th lens!
Isn’t that an enough reason to celebrate as for today? Yes, you heard it right before your eyes. I’ve been working so hard to fight back being stuck into the world of writer’s block. So far the voice within tried to pull me right back to where I started. The biggest challenge really comes through yourself on how you are able to find your niche at the same time enjoying the things you loved the most.
I’ve been using the internet for so many years now in my studies also for recreational activities and social networking with long lost century friends who forgotten its way home. However, not one of them has given me this opportunity to challenge myself in a good way that will bring out the best in me. At the same time, learning through Squidoo is something only squids know how the feeling. I’m forever stuck with my dashboard and I love it!
As for today, I did a lot of multitasking for I really don’t know what will happen next…
P.S. I learned that silence is sometimes a sign of working in progress.

Trying to meet target goals
Whoa, I can’t believe we’re finally through the end of July. So many things I’ve been busy about lately though at some point I wonder what is really happening at the end of the day, so on and so forth. It’s one of the fascinating things I experience working in the World Wide Web. Your head never stops thinking in a speed of sound. Your mind is always up its beat to see what’s in there and all the possibilities. I don’t have time frames on everything I do up to the finished work.
The problem with data gathering you have to be resourceful and be equipped with new things so that you can always offer something fresh hot from the kitchen. Sometimes, I really don’t have that patience to finish a topic in one sitting down. Just like today, I give up a couple of hours to beg some sleep so I feel asleep in the middle of “my so-called work”. All in all, at the end of the day it’s a not a big deal for me whether I come up with something or not after all I’m enjoying my “work” as a hobby. No loud voices to tell you have to do this and that.
Though it’s better late than never, I have to report my Squidoo payout this month which is the whooping salary ($73.66) I ever received. It increases for about $7.97 more compare last month's payout. I should say that Google has been very good to me so far for this month. You see the payout for May is to be given this first week month of July. Google is leveling the page rank of my web pages lately so the lens rank keeps on changing from time to time. Still, my food lens is a hit even in these odd months which I’m getting a hard time to come up with other topics again. But, for sure as the season change I’ll get over being stuck in the world of writer’s block. I’m not really contented with the turn out of things because I didn’t meet my goal to be a Giant Squid last June 30th countdown. Well, its not that so bad for me even though I didn’t make my goal last month. For the most part, I love it because it is not something I need to argue to won the battle over religion and politics.
Sometimes, it’s not on how you get into the game that matters. It’s more of how you played the game that matters most…

Arcidosso, Italy
La città bella del Arcidosso! (The Beautiful Town of Arcidosso)
If there's one European country that I dreamt of traveling someday, it is definitely the beautiful town of Arcidosso in Italy.
Arcidosso is a municipality or as the local people called "commune" in the province of Grossetto in the Italian region of Tuscany. It has approximately a population of 4,173 and an area of 93.3 km².
Many Italians consider this as one of the most splendid among their regions because of its ancient villages and stunning landscapes. Just imagine yourself walking along the cypress line vineyards and attractive hillsides plus the charming people and glorious cuisines filled with creative mix of art.
This is going to be a heck of a ride! A touch of renaissance giving birth to the modern world...

Archimedes of Syracuse
Archimedes, The Gifted Greek Mathematician
Greek mathematician, scientist and inventor Archimedes regarded as one of the leading scientists and inventor of all time though there are very much a few details of his life mentioned. He made a lot of greatest contribution in science, mathematics, astronomy, mechanics and engineering for his discovery of the relation between the surface and the volume of a sphere and its circumscribing cylinder. He is known for his formulation of hydrostatic principle commonly known as "Archimedes Principle" and at the same time he is the first who recognize and used the power of lever. Surely, he is one of the gifted mathematician that ever exists in his era.
Reader's Review
The thought of a man running naked through the streets shouting with joy over a physical and mathematical discovery is one to warm the hearts of all who value knowledge. When Archimedes experienced this flash of joy, little did he know that his actions would become the genesis of a legend that would last for thousands of years. However, he should be remembered for so much more than that and several of his significant mathematical contributions are explored in this book.
It is really amazing to realize how close he was to inventing calculus 22 centuries ago, which was 18 before Newton and Leibniz. With notation that was minimally expressive, he was able to solve problems using a technique that demonstrates at least a rudimentary understanding of the concept of a limit. While many different problems can be solved using calculus, it only takes one breakthrough solution to demonstrate how it can be applied to so many of the others. It can be plausibly argued that algebraic and decimal notations would have been the tools that would have allowed him to overcome those last barriers. One can only speculate on how that would have changed history.
The book is not exhaustive and no attempt is made to make it that. Ten of his most significant discoveries are presented and the solutions are those of Archimedes, although modern notation is used. While the proofs are generally easy to follow, one is often left in awe as to how he thought of how to approach some of these solutions. The explanations are succinct, yet thorough, which is the signature of a solid storyteller.

The Most Expensive Coffee in the World
Let's talk over a cup of coffee!
I've never been a coffee freak in my entire life and I can't count on how many cups I already taken in. But, majority of you may absolutely agree that nothing can beat a warm cup of coffee especially in the early morning hours when seems all your systems can't go or even just to chill out after all the day's work.
Some want to drink it plain, black no sugar. Others want it with cream or milk. While there are some who prefers Decaf, Espresso, Latte or whatever the local market has to offer.
You'll never know what people want these days!

The Philippines is officially known as the Republic of the Philippines, is an island nation located in Southeast Asia with Manila as its capital city. It has been called as the Pearl of the Orient Seas mainly because it is located at the western Pacific Ocean.
The country is marked by a true blend of cultures; truly in the Philippines, East meets West. The background of the people is Indonesian and Malay. There are Chinese and Spanish elements as well. The history of American rule and contact with merchants and traders culminated in a unique blend of East and West, both in the appearance and culture of the Filipinos, or people of the Philippines.
Adding to its attractiveness is a lighthearted people of deep emotion who love dance and song. Should you visit this island country, you will likely never forget the exceptional hospitality shown by the friendly and beautiful people who live here...

Writing Journals :: Cheaper than Therapy
Try writing journals your own way!
I started the habit of collecting and writing down my thoughts a couple of years ago maybe because at that time I felt that I badly needed an escape or an outlet where I can cope up and find the surest acceptance that I could possibly found through writing.
Those are the years when I was experiencing difficulties on rearranging my life after a series of health issues that I've been dealing with ever since.
Through writing I found myself, my purpose, and my sense of worth as a person that is capable to withstand the challenges that will come may way all through the coming years.
The free-flowing of words that I had penned have had given me the comfort and healing that can never replace by a spoken word...

Easy Homemade Empanada Recipes
Sounds like a slogan, somewhere? No! I just thought to gather some unique, healthy, easy and most especially homemade empanada recipes that you can actually try at the comfort of your home.
Empanada is prepared similarly to a pie cut in pieces, making it more easy when eaten. It is made of a thin circular shaped dough patty over stuffing that creates its circular shaped. Just about any food or combination can be made as a filling like meat, fish, vegetables, cheese, fruits and even left-overs.
It is a common delicacy mostly in Latin America, the Carribean, Portugal, Spain and Philippines as a stuffed pastry. Empanadas are also known in a wide variety of regional names like empadas or empadinhas in Brasil, empanadas de verde in Ecuador, salvadoreños in El Salvador, paete in Haiti, salteñas in Argentina, pastellilos in Puerto Rico to name a few. Majority of empanadas in America were originally from Galicia, Spain having a similarity in stuffed pies cut in pieces making it conveniently to eat.
